Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the apps, websites, and services provided by OneFish Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) that link to these Terms. By using a service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using our services

You may use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to misuse a service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or reverse engineer it except where the law permits, or use it to harm others.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any account or credentials you use. Features, availability, and requirements may change over time.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store’s terms. Prices, billing periods, free trials, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are presented at purchase and managed through the applicable store unless stated otherwise. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app-store account settings.

Our content and your content

Our services, including their software, design, text, graphics, and other content, are owned by OneFish Studios or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use a service; they do not transfer ownership.

If a feature lets you submit content, you retain ownership of it. You give us permission to host, process, and display that content only as reasonably needed to provide and improve the feature. You are responsible for content you submit and must have the right to use it.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. OneFish Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of a service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using a service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially violate these Terms, create risk or harm, or if we discontinue a service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the revised version here with a new date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where OneFish Studios is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
