These Terms of Use govern your use of WaterWise. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the app's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the app for or on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
License to Use the App
OneFish Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WaterWise for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you enter, for reviewing entries and calculations for accuracy, and for keeping your device and any device backups secure. You must use the app lawfully and follow applicable platform rules.
Local Data and Backups
The app stores core records locally. You are responsible for maintaining any records or backups you need. Device loss, damage, software updates, deletion, clearing app data, or uninstalling may cause data loss. OneFish Studios cannot promise that local data can always be recovered.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, use it to violate another person's rights, or copy, modify, sell, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
Intellectual Property
WaterWise, its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and related materials are owned by OneFish Studios or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Third-Party Platforms and Services
Your use may also be subject to the terms and policies of Apple, Google, Expo, your device manufacturer, mobile carrier, and other platform providers. OneFish Studios is not responsible for third-party services or platform decisions.
Availability and Updates
The app is currently in development. Features may change, be delayed, or be discontinued. We may provide updates that fix issues, improve functionality, or change compatibility. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free availability.
Health and Hydration Disclaimer
WaterWise is intended for general hydration awareness and personal organization. It does not provide medical, nutritional, diagnostic, or other professional advice. Hydration needs vary based on health, activity, climate, medications, pregnancy, and other factors. Do not rely on WaterWise for emergencies or treatment decisions.

Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneFish Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, income, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold OneFish Studios harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the app or material violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of misuse, legal requirements, security concerns, or discontinuation of the app. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where OneFish Studios is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms as the app changes. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
